The Effect of Principal Managerial Skills, Work Commitment, and Motivation on Teacher Work Discipline in Balangan Regency

Managerial Skills, Work Commitment, and Motivation have direct indirect effects on teacher discipline, according to this study. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The included 144 teachers from seven Madrasahs, for total sample size of 105 persons, as determined by the Slovin formula. Proportional random sampling is used sampling. Madrasah Principal Skills (40 items), work commitment (35 motivation (45 discipline instruments were collect data items). validity reliability instrument assessed, Pearson product moment correlation was examine data.
